V7 library panel bugs/regression

In V7 it is no longer possible to drag and drop material files from the Library panels onto object. Instead of assigning the material, we get the File Options popup.

Also, the custom Render Content folder does nothing - Library panel always defaults to the preset Render Content folder instead of the user-defined custom one:

Yes, but the keyboard interface is synchronous and non-buffered.

Hi @Jarek,

I have just fixed the Libraries drag and drop bug. The fix will be available in 7.5. A temporary workaround in the meantime is to avoid dragging the material across the Front, Left or Right views. Another workaround is to temporarily turn the Ground Plane off.

Hi John, thank you again → this may be a new record of how quickly the fixes were made from the time they were reported. Mostly thanks to how fast @nathanletwory typed them into YT…:wink:
