V6 wish : Annotation

Some command wishes -

• Mirror text
• Trim to text bounding box plus say 10% - not too tight
• Option in properties to change snap setting to first line of multi-line text, similar to top, middle bottom existing snaps, or automatic
• Trim hatch to objects, well text anyway
• A setting to adjust default hatch scale - pattern scale of 1.0 seems like its 0.1
