V6 SR-20 Text in model space Bugs?

Hi,
I am seeing minor bugs when working with text.
Text keeps retaining it’s old settings like bold or italic.
Text won’t allow different sizes or fonts per letter. If I highlight part of the text and choose a different size it scales all text also I can’t select different fonts per selected letter.
Using V6 SR20

Individual characters in a “text block” can have different bold, italic, underlined options, even different fonts, but not a different height per character.
I’m using V6 SR20 as well
