User text not in Rhino

Hello,

I’m trying to insert block instances (intended as title blocks) with different user text for each of them. The block definition has text fields set up to display given user text + default values.

Pushing the blocks to Rhino works, but values do not change from default.

I tried this with 8.11 and got them to update. But not sure exactly what the required behavior is that is needed?
