We (Asuni) do not have control over adding or removing licenses in Cloud Zoo. You will need to contact McNeel Support to determine what happened to your license.

I have been investigating your issue with the Cloud Zoo developer, and we discovered that you currently have a VisualARQ 2 (VA20) license. However, VisualARQ 3 requires a VA30 license.
The good news is that, since you purchased VisualARQ 2 in 2024, you’re eligible for a free upgrade to VisualARQ 3.0. I’ve just sent your VA30 license to your email.

@enric Thank you. I just wanted to point out that I made the purchase specifically during that period to take advantage of the promotion. That’s why I was surprised not to have a fully functional VisualARQ 3 license already.
