Urgent: VisualARQ3 License Missing

The VisualARQ3 license has suddenly disappeared from my Rhino account. I am absolutely stunned by this! Could someone please explain how to resolve this issue?

We (Asuni) do not have control over adding or removing licenses in Cloud Zoo. You will need to contact McNeel Support to determine what happened to your license.

I have been investigating your issue with the Cloud Zoo developer, and we discovered that you currently have a VisualARQ 2 (VA20) license. However, VisualARQ 3 requires a VA30 license.

The good news is that, since you purchased VisualARQ 2 in 2024, you’re eligible for a free upgrade to VisualARQ 3.0. I’ve just sent your VA30 license to your email.

@enric Thank you. I just wanted to point out that I made the purchase specifically during that period to take advantage of the promotion. That’s why I was surprised not to have a fully functional VisualARQ 3 license already.
