i am not running any plugins, custom display modes or unusual peripherals and my video card driver is updated
it seems like everything I draw in 2d is automatically put into a perspective
do you have any snaps (specifically project)
or planar, or auto cplane selected?
send a screen shop of your whole rhino window and your whole system info.
turn planar on, and ortho off.
