Upgrading workstation for heavy scanned meshes

I work for an artist’s studio that regularly utilises very large, heavy scanned meshes in Rhino as part out our workflow.

Below are the specifications of our latest computer. We’re looking to purchase another, upgraded one and are wondering whether anyone has any advice about which parts should be our priority to upgrade so that we can work with even larger meshes and heavier files.

Dual CPU and/or custom watercooling loop are the only obvious upgrades That would give you a measurable improvement that I can see… looks like a dream build.
