Upgrade to Rhino 6 from student version CD?

Hi, I purchased a Rhino 5 physical CD a couple years ago from my university’s student store, can I upgrade that to the rhino 6?

I remember there were 2 installs allowed from my disk, I installed it once on my current computer, will this affect the new upgrade? Is the upgrade digital only?

If I switch to a different computer, will I be able to install 6 to the new computer?
