Normally this little windows appeare only the first time after uograde.
But now appeare all the rhino wip launch.
I’m in windows 10.

It does that here too, on Win 7.
It just appears for a fraction of a second whereas it usually takes a longer time when a new WIP is run for the first time.
yes, only a fraction of seconds.
But not appeare in previous wip, non all rhino launch.

I have to rearrange my toolbars every time I open Rhino WIP. Been that way since I started using the WIP.
