Hi 3dsynergy - is this still the case? I’ve seen this once or twice but it always sorts itself out as soon as I try to test and report it.
@brian, do you have an idea what goes wrong here? Is it local or at our end?

In order for Rhino to check for updates, the McNeel Update Service needs to be running. You can check on that service by looking in the Services control panel applet in Windows.
