Possibly your firewall settings? We have a pretty paranoid firewall at my workplace and I can’t get to the update service either.
Funny though, all our machines are on the same network, same AV and firewall, no problems with the others… I’ll have IT take a look though…
Could it be that the service was truly unavailable at the server end at the particular time that you tried?
No, I checked that on another machine…
