Unzipping stl?

Hi, I am wondering if anyone can help, I am trying to unzip the attached file without any success.

Could anybody advise on what I can do to open it?

I’m curious, what did you do?
I cannot seem to find the file googling the name.

I’ve used 7Z (I recommend 7Z to everybody) to unzip, and even if errors where reported by 7z, the file was succefully unziped.
Google ? what’s that ?

I also tried to do it with 7z. I use only that always. But I could not extract it
