Unwanted fillet variation

Hi

I’m modelling a water bottle from a tutorial. I have a variation in my fillet instead of a constant size. How can I rectify this?

When you are making the fillet you can choose between “Rail Types” :
Distant from edge, rolling ball and distance between rails.
