The selected surface was created using ChamferEdge. When I run UnrollSrf on it, the resulting surfaces overlap as shown in the attached image.
I am running Rhino 9 WIP (9.0.25324.6305, 2025-11-20). Is anyone else experiencing this?

I’m not seeing that in a quick test.
Posting a 3dm file instead of a picture lets us check the same model as the one you are having issues with.
