Unroll dialog report, great and possible improvement

Hi

I got this message when unrolling a surface:

I like the improvement of a dialog to message the user when deviations beyond tolerance are found.
However in this case there is obviously something wrong with the starting surface.
Maybe the dialog should be a little smarter and report errors like these where no area is found in another way. The assumption that there is a starting surface area to begin with is false and makes this dialog look dumb.
( I cannot share the surface as it’s not mine and I am able to fix it)

Please provide a surface that demonstrates this problem. I have not seen this before.
