Thanks for that information.
I guess I was thrown off by that screenshot but looking closer, I see that the Help > Check for Updates... menu item does, in fact, run the ~-_OptionsPage _UpdatesAndStatistics macro on your system.
This opens the following dialog, doesn’t it?

At any rate, after some digging I found that the UpdatePlugins command was removed from Rhino 7. I’ve created RH-62152 to removing it from the Rhino 7 documentation.
The new MigratePlugins command moves V6 plugins into V7 - V5 plugins aren’t supported.
