Uninstall Rhino to do a clean install of Windows 7, then Reinstall

Hi!
What is the best way to uninstall Rhino 5 so that I may reinstall it after doing a clean install of Windows 7? I am downgrading from Windows 10 because of Autodesk, and I plan to run the uninstall tool.
I’ve copied the program files for Rhino. Is it as simple as running the .exe again and input the License Key? Or is there something else hidden?

Thanks for the help.

Uninstall from Windows control panel, then install once you’ve done all the Windows stuff, from the installer here:

using your license key.
