Uniform normals in a list of surfaces


I’m having trouble moving and subsequently offsetting(solid) the moved surfaces. I dont seem to be able to properly do it although seems like I’m almost there. I imagine I might’ve done wrongly in working with the list of surface ( replacing an item and removing others). Can anyone tell me where I messed up ?

PS. The pufferfish component is at the very end, used it to create the solid offset of surfaces so its not essential at this point.
