UNICODE characters take place in the working space when editing (any) text, leader, etc

Hi,
We have a problem with text editing (at least with the US version)
UNICODE IS NOT VERY EASY TO EDIT.
Examples:
- “La soudure doit être évitée”
becomes:
- La soudure doit \\u234?tre \\u233?vit\\u233?e

  • “Ø” becomes \u216?

If you edit this kind of text, the unicode characters replace the original ones into the text boxes.

I though all text was utf8…I suppose that’s it’s not the case.

I actually noticed this is not the same bug, so I logged a new one:
