The ShapeDiver Viewer interprets and displays Text that the “Text Tag 3D“ Component,
however it doesn’t support the Unicode ARC Symbol (Bogen).
Please add this, as it is a common prefix or suffix used in Curve Length Annotation Leaders.
The character should now display as expected. You might have to empty your browser cache.
