I’m trying to uninstall Rhino.Inside Revit version 1.35.9540.6370, however, I keep getting “the specified account already exists” error. Where can I find this version so I can repair it?

That error is coming from the Windows Installer, not Rhino.Inside, the uninstall registration got broken (usually an interrupted update). Sending you the exact version you have installed, run it and
choose Repair, then the uninstall from Add/Remove Programs should work normally.
If it still fails after the repair, try the Microsoft install/uninstall troubleshooter, pick Uninstall and select Rhino.Inside Revit from the list:
