Unable to retrieve license, stuck at "Please wait..." dialogue

Hi, I have been using Rhino 6 on my 2020 M1 Macbook running MacOS Monterey with zero issues. I’ve recently upgraded to Ventura, and now I’m having trouble retrieving my license from the server (see screenshots below).

I’m running Rhino 6 on my desktop running windows 10 at home, but it’s switched off. Even the website says that I have one available license for use.

Can anyone help? Thanks a bunch in advance!

In addition, I’ve also tried restarting my device as well as reinstall the program.

From the system requirements for Rhino 6 for Mac:

  • Intel Apple Mac that can be updated to macOS Mojave (Apple Silicon not supported)
