Unable to display complete layer list on bottom of screen

When I try to pull up my layer list on the bottom of the screen it won’t let me scroll to the bottom of the list.

In my screen shot you can see that there are additional layers under the one called "weights - top plate " but it won’t let me scroll down any further.
Version 8 SR13
Windows ver 11

Looks like the update that I just installed today fixed this issue.

Now running: Version 8 SR14
