Unable to add a new item in downloads

I haven’t updated our plugin in a while, but this morning I have repeatedly failed to add a new item in the ‘Downloads’ list:

Every time I click on ‘Add another item’, it only unrolls the existing items and displays this error message:

I seem to remember similar issues a few months ago which I managed to solve, but no luck this time. Let me know if I’m doing something wrong.

This error seems to be a bug, I could reproduce it. I’ll contact our web developper and let you know when it’s solved.
