SOLUTION:
In rhino shortcut properties, compatibility tab, select “Disable display scaling on high DPI settings”
This is working well now. I’m happy with the UI proportions. Thanks for your patience John.
Am getting a small pointer glitch with Osnaps:
Yup. That’s another driver glitch too.
However, there is a work-around for that.
We have an alternate cursor tool tip tool.
Options > Modeling Aids > Cursor ToolTips
Check the Enable box and configure it to your liking.
