TWO GREAT SUGGESTIONS for LINKED BLOCK: relative path and recognize of same linked path

Hi Developers:

I have two great suggestoins for the linked block in Rhino:

1. Rhino should be able to check the linked path for each block to avoid showing name conflition between the same nested linked blocks. ( you will find a common block confliction in nested linked blocks, even they are the same linked path. Rhino only check the block names and doesn`t compare the linked paths)

2. Rhino should be able to link the block with relative path. So that we can pack the whole folder and send it to client withought embed all linked blocks.
