I know this is pretty basic. How do i tween this rectangular panel to a equilateral triangle?

Theoretically this is impossible since a rectangle is defined by 4 vertices and a triangle by only 3. During the tween one vertex would have to be deleted or added.
Practically, it can be achieved like this:
However, weird stuff is happening in terms of the vertex count of each polyline.
