I was taken the beginners class on Wednesday and when the instructor went to the tutorial’s menu and opened a example model, I was unable to open either the tutorials or the example models. Any thoughts on why this is happening? I was wondering if it has anything to do with my antivirus software.

When going to the tutorials pulldown it opens up the Tutorials Panel, this can also be added via the Gear in marked in the top Right. Is that working for you?

Lets first try a Reset (rhino command line, choose factory)
if that doesn’t do it please do a repair install via Windows>Add Remove Programs>Rhino 8>Modify>Repair.

What is your internet connection like? Are there firewalls/anti-virus protections active?

I have just uninstalled Norton antivirus and repaired Rhino again, no difference, I still cannot access the tutorials, when I start the program it shows the tutorial as it boots up but once it is running, nothing happens.
hi @Garrett_Norton can you run _SystemInfo and post back the results?
Also: Do you see anything showing up in the panel that you can click or are the panels empty when you open the tutorials and samples?
