Turn propeller diagonally

I’m a chile designer and I need to rotate a diagonal (45 °) propeller, but I have not been able to do it, someone can help me achieve it, it would be very useful.

I’m not sure I get the issue correct. I assume you have an object (propeller) which is not situated orthogonally (not parallel to the axis (XYZ) of the three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system).

To make an object rotate about a slant axis there are 2 things you have to do:
a. Use the BongoRotatePivot command to orient one of the axis in the desired direction. (Also BongoOrientPivot can be very usefull in some situations.)
b. Unmark the ‘Rotate in world space’ property of the object, hence making it rotate along its own pivot axes.
