Turn curve into evenly spaced solid object en masse

Hey, I’m trying to turn this floorplan I’ve made into a bunch of thin walls. I was wondering what would be the best way to go about this. I’m looking to add a very small thickness to both sides of the curve, turning said curve into what will hopefully become the midpoint of said solid.

Thank you for any replies and sorry if this has already been asked. I’ve done quite a bit of googling but couldn’t find a suitable answer unfortunately.

starting from a curve, you can use slab (both sides) to make an extrusion from a curve where the curve stays at the heart of the wall.
You can also offset the curves on both sides first and then extrude all resulting curves at once.
With a few lines of code you can automate this (or use grasshopper/grasshopper player)
