TS libraries for C# script in Rhino8

I want use C# script in Rhino 8 with TS, but I can’t find how TS libraries should be added to using. Earlier in Rhino 7 there was “Managed Assemblies” to add libriries , but this option isn’t in Rhino8 so I can’t work with Tekla objects.
So how should we add libraries in Rhino8?
