It seems your referenced surfaces have quite distorted UV topologies and don’t match each other.
Check this attached example and you’ll know what I mean.
Bad input causes bad output, should I say…

Thanks for you reply and your time, I’m still learning 
but why UV distortion happened? does this because it was SubD Geometry
