Is there a way to troubleshoot why the AR stopped working on my models.
I have check the AR settings (boolean, unit size, no material textures).
Is there any other condition like limitation on model dimesnions, or mesh size?
Unfortunately, as you have noticed, the AR App doesn’t tell us why the model doesn’t work.
I’ll do a deep dive with your model and will try to evaluate what the cause of this may be.
I’ll let you know once that is done.
For now, have there been any recent changes to your model that could be the reason for this change in behavior?
Thanks for gettinbg back. Thats my problem, there is no error code to figure out the issue.
The model has evolved quiet a lot, it was working few versions before - not sure what broke.
Since then, I have made changes in geometry, outputs etc.
I suspect 1 issue, the x size of the model is more than 10m (background wall). Do you know if there is any size or material limitation with AR feature?
I looked into this a bit deeper and noticed that there seem to be issues with some outputs. As an example, if you only display the Board Inner output, without anything else, AR still fails.
My suspicion is that this is due to faulty texture coordinates. Maybe that can already help you find the issue!
