Trouble Upgrading From Rhino 5 to Rhino 6

Hey all,

I’ve been using a Rhino 5 Student License for a few years now, and recently decided to upgrade to Rhino 6. However, my Rhino 5 License does not exist in my product list on Cloud Zoo, and hence my upgrade license is not working.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Rhino 5 licenses don’t go into the cloud zoo. You need to put your V6 license there. As you bought an upgrade, you will be asked to enter your V5 license key to validate the upgrade, but the V5 does not (can not) reside in the cloud zoo.
