Trouble opening this Gh file

Hi, I found this decade plus old blog that had posted a Gh file for something similar to what I wanted to create the blog and when I download and try to open the file, a notification pops up saying I need to download the ‘object’ Sweep1 for Grasshopper. I already have Sweep1 as a command within Rhino and it wont let me proceed futher and ‘download & close’ the pop up either:

This is a definition created by a very older version of Grasshopper, I have updtaed the Sweep1 component in Rhino 8 for you reference,
