Would like to be able to add a chamfer to an edge that has 3 bends. OK that is probably not a chamfer… it is a custom chamfer. I got this by chamfering the edges in 2 steps. However I get holes in the corners. The reason I need this is to import into an animation program and it only sees meshes and this edge would be an ideal.
For cubes, you can apply a fillet to the edges, then explode and delete the corner patches. Rebuild the fillet surfaces with a degree of 1 and use 4 U points in this case. Extend or untrim the new surfaces so they intersect each other then split them with each other, delete the parts you don’t need then join them all together.
