My license expired today but it says I can still view my saved files. when I try to open rhino this message pops up “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”. What does that mean and how can I still use view my files without buying a license after it expires?

Hi @Zbond6, The next thing to try is enabling debug logging and sending the debug log. This will help us see where Rhino is failing to start: From the Windows Start menu, type Regedit then press Enter Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\McNeel\Rhinoceros\6.0\Global Options\Debug Logging Double-click Enabled and change the value to 1 Double-click SaveToFile and change the value to 1 Start Rhino Send the file RhinoDebugMessages from My Documents to us.
