It looks like transparency is set to 100% on DWG exports in the WIP, and I don’t think there is a setting for this (unless I can’t find it!)

I don’t think anything to do with transparency exports via DWG, it’s more likely that you’ve exported the model as curves only.
Well - the curves are invisible in Autocad until I turn the transparency from 100 to 0. So…
I think you need to post a file.
OK - I should have been more detailed. I’m exporting curves generated by Make2D - and it is those curves, not curves I have drawn myself, whose transparency is set to 100.
In the attached Rhino file, if I export just the lines (which were generated by running Make2D on the simple box), they come in to Autocad with a transparency set to 100.
