Transform a box after one direction?

Hello everyone! I am a beginner in Grasshopper and I want to extrude a surface (rectangular form) to a certain direction. I tried 2 methods to create it: 1. with rectangular and after offset, 2. with box and trying to use shear option.
It would be great if somebody could help me. I attached also an example in Rhino and the Grasshopper file. Preferable is to have everything in Grasshopper.

There’s also just Extrude, if you know the direction that may be less work.
