Training Manual (en) Rhino 5 Level 2 - Pages blank

I have downloaded the English version of it,
Few pages in the start are blank. for example Page no. 12 is blank.
If any one have a good copy of V5 L2 (en), Please help me out.

I’ve just tried that and it came in fine.

Sorry, I assumed blank pages are erratic. But those were left blank
intentionally.
Anyways thanks for the response.
