If you are saying that others, unlike yourself, never used Rhino before and can’t get an evaluation license working on their machine, please have them contact sales@mcneel.com so that this can be checked closer.

I have seen a few cases where people are using a 2nd hand computer.
They will need to wipe and reimage the used computer, which is always good practice anyway.
