At each start of Rhino, the top toolbars layout is inverted.

Save (or not) and close Rhino file

Yeah, Rhino doesn’t like multi-column layouts. It either re-arranges them horizontally, one below the other or switches places or completely disables the separator cusomizability between the columns. This is becoming more annoying than just a ‘papercut’.
By this I mean the vertical line which you drag to adjust the width of the column. Upon new start it doesn’t exist so you have to un-dock that and dock it back in order to fix the messed up layout.
Horrific behavior.
