When “Libraries” is displayed from “Show Toolbars”, this “Libraries” is always displayed in the lower right corner and cannot be moved, which I think is a little inconvenient.

I think this is related to the placement of the panel in which you right click. If you have containers stacked one over the other on the right hand edge, the selection panel will show up in two different places depending on in which container you click. But yes, it’s a fixed size and location and cannot be moved.
Here is just the place… Make a new post for each different request, unless it’s a series of items related to the same function/issue.
I personally think this would be useful to be able to grab and go.
