Hi…,
in Rhino 8 I interrupted placing a toolbar (by using the software SnagIt 2019), and the blue placing areas stay forever.
They stay until I close Rhino 8. Here my SystemInfo.txt (2.2 KB)

In here the target areas go away after some mouse moves.
Even more interesting:
I can move the container by mouseover WITHOUT clicking.
Restarting V8 helps.
This problem is not seen in V7.
