To Organize Alphabetically

I use T-Splines, and the “All Commands” list of icons with a text tool name: see the following attachment

I am wanting to know if I can reorganize this list of commands, in alphabetical order (like Rhino menu’s and command lists). Is this something that I can rebuild or does it require the willingness of the fine people from Autodesk?

Hi Gregory - is that just a Rhino toolbar? You can move buttons with Shift-drag.
