Title: CrossGems: Commercial license not activating after trial

Message: Hi everyone (and @enric / @juan),

I just purchased a commercial license for CrossGems after my 30-day trial ended, but the software isn’t recognizing it.

I’ve tried logging out of the CrossGems panel and completely restarting Rhino, but no luck. I also can’t seem to track down my actual license key anywhere in my email receipt or on my CrossBytes web dashboard.

Has anyone else run into this, or can support help me get my account linked up? I’m hoping to get this sorted ASAP so I can get back to working.

You can find the license on the invoice “CG10-XXXX-XXXX…” and in a separate email which contains the license pdf.

To add your license to your panel you have to login at www.crossgems3d.com next click on license:

Or just click on the button “Add License” button embedded in the license pdf, which will open the license page with your license preset (you must login before):

Next, paste your license key on the “License” field (if you do it from the web) and click on “Add License” button:

Finally, log in to the software with your credentials and the license will be retrieved automatically. If you didn’t receive the license email, please check your spam folder, but If you still haven’t received the email or are having trouble adding the license, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
