Tiny container / tool properties specific container

1. Invoking object creation tools results in a tiny container. Changed size is not remembered between Rhino sessions.

2. Instead of the floating container popup I would like to have the option to choose the specific container in which tool properties would appear.

Try to dock the insert dialog with the other panels while a command runs. Next time you run an object command, the insert dialog should appear there.

Docking it with other panels actually did the trick and it seems to stick between the sessions. So, this one was simple to solve. Thanks.
