Here’s a little utility to split the curves at their crossings.
I’ve added myself a reminder to include this as a built in option on the component for a future version.

but i have a question please, what if i want to control the stud size with some attractor point, in a list form?
Dividing each segment a few times and culling duplicate points at the intersection is a way to have more control on the strut size.
