Thickening and ribbing for digital fabrication

Hi, i am preparing a model to prepare to CNC.
itll be sliced in 6mm to be stacked.

I sculpted the shape in Zbrush, imported Obj mesh to Rhino.
How do I thicken the wall and internal structure such as ribs? Since I cant keep the surface solid(I need to make it less heavy)
Cheers!

Use shrinkwrap with an internal offset.

Hey Scott,
How can I keep the internal shell height the same as the outerone? when I use the shrinkwrap, it seems like the internal mesh gets smaller but also in z axis.

shrinkwrap it twice, offsetting the 2nd shrinkwrap - then edit the 2nd shrinkwrap that makes up the internal plug to poke out the ends of your part-

then shrinkwrap that again if necessary to make it a unified plug.
