There many Text/Menu are English UI whether the language is Chinese or other

There are many Text/Menu in English UI whether the language set to Chinese or others. I try to translate English UI to Chinese, but I can found any info in the folder “zh-Hans.lproj” or “zh-Hant.lproj”.

Such as:
Grid Snap/Ortho/Planar/SmartTrack/Gumball/History
Perspective/Top/Front/Right/
Persistent/One/shot/End/Near/Point/Center/Intersection/Perpendicular…

This is a known “limitation” for all languages. The UI has not been fully translated/implemented yet.
